An exquisite assortment of our fresh premium Swiss chocolate truffles enrobed primarily in dark chocolate with a selection of milk and white chocolate truffles are included in every truffle box order. The selection is subject to change due to the seasonal aspect of some ingredients.
Please note all our chocolate is produced without additives or preservatives and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate. Our truffles have a limited shelf life and should be consumed within three weeks from the date of shipment. The shelf life of our molded gift novelty products is approximately 6 months.
All regular orders are shipped only Tuesday through Thursday (with the exception of holidays) to ensure overnight delivery the next day. Some exceptions may apply. The customer will be notified by e-mail once the order is shipped.
We can ship to virtually any physical street address in the world. Please make sure the customer's name, billing address and shipping address are correct and someone is there to receive the shipment. We cannot be held responsible for late or failed delivery due to customer error. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to the customer.
We do not accept orders for delivery to P.O. boxes or from a sender whose own address is a P.O. box number.
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, with a choice of either Priority or Xpresspost. Priority Post provides guaranteed nation-wide next business day on-time delivery with signature to most major centres. Xpresspost provides next business day delivery to local and regional destinations and 2-day delivery to major national centres, also with signature. United States & International Orders
International orders are shipped via FedEx Priority with guaranteed next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most destinations in the United States and 2 to 3 business days delivery to most of the industrialized world. On-time delivery guarantee to select destinations.
We are not responsible for shipping delays while the product is in transit due to weather, labor dispute, mechanical failure or other circumstances beyond our control. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for those reasons.
All our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately after its arrival. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused and uneaten condition and shipped in original packaging for refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
