An exquisite assortment of our fresh premium Swiss chocolate truffles enrobed primarily in dark chocolate with a selection of milk and white chocolate truffles are included in selected truffle box order. The selection is subject to change due to the seasonal aspect of some ingredients.
Please note all our chocolate is produced without additives or preservatives and should be stored in a cool, dry place. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Our truffles have a limited shelf life and should be consumed within three weeks of delivery. The shelf life of our molded gift novelty products is approximately 6 months.
All regular orders are shipped only Monday through Thursday (with the exception of holidays) depending on the destination location. Some exceptions may apply. The customer will be notified by e-mail once the order is shipped.
We can ship to virtually any trackable physical street address in the world. Please make sure the customer's name, billing address, recipient's name, phone number and shipping address are correct and someone is there to receive the shipment. We cannot be held responsible for late or failed delivery due to customer error.
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, with a choice of either Priority, Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel. Priority Post provides guaranteed nation-wide next business day on-time delivery with signature to most major centres. Xpresspost provides next business day delivery to local and regional destinations and 2 to 3 days delivery to major national centres, also with signature. Expedited Parcel provides next business day delivery to local destinations, 2 to 3 days to regional destinations and 4 to 7 days to major national centres, without signature. All three postal methods provide tracking number for the shipments. Please allow extra time for delivery to non-major centres and rural locations. United States & International Orders
International orders are shipped via Canada Post Priority, Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel. Priority provides guaranteed next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most destinations in the United States and 2 to 3 business days delivery to most of the industrialized world. On-time delivery guarantee to select destinations. Xpresspost provides 2 to 3 business days delivery to most major centres in the U.S. and 4 to 6 business days delivery to most of the industrialized world. Expedited Parcel provides 4 to 7 business days delivery to most major centres in the U.S.and 7 to 12 business days to most of the industrialized world. All three methods provide tracking number for the shipments.
We are not responsible for shipping delays while the product is in transit due to weather, labor dispute, mechanical failure or other circumstances beyond our control. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for those reasons.
Please select Priority or Xpresspost during the summer months when temperature at the destination address reaches above 26 degrees Celsius or 79 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure safe delivery of products.
All our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 24 hours of its arrival. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused and uneaten condition and shipped in original packaging for refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. In the case of Free Shipping, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
